Nandrolone Phenylprop and Testosterone Propionate Cycle
It doesn’t matter what goal a person pursues – he always wants to achieve it as quickly as possible. That’s why most men athletes resort to using steroids. But, these drugs are not the best option for your health, therefore, you need to be careful about the choice and dosage. If you don’t know from what to start, then I suggest a short course of steroids: nandrolone phenylpropionate + testosterone propionate, which can be used for mass gain and drying (relief). Also, you will find out what should be the duration, dosage, and PCT after this cycle.
It can also be used as a first steroid cycle for beginners. These esters are short, so in case of increased side effects, you can quickly get out of the cycle (this is a cool plus). But, since there is a bunch of 2 drugs, I still recommend using it for about the 3rd course. If you are a beginner, then the first steroid cycle can be Oral Dbol or Turinabol. Course Duration – 4 weeks

pct after the course of phenylpropionate + testosterone propionate (Clomid to quickly restore your natural hormonal background)
injections should be done in the morning (best done in the buttocks or quadriceps)
rest after the test prop and phenylpropionate cycle – 4 weeks

Short cycle Nandrolone Phenylpropionate + Testosterone Propionate:
This course can be used both for mass gain and drying. Anyway, the main key to success is your diet. Steroids simply accelerate you for achieving a certain goal. This course will be used based on a scheme 4 + 4 (4 weeks course + 4 weeks off). You can do 5 + 5 or 6 + 6 and higher. See this from your own experience. I do not recommend to do 3 + 3 cycles or less, since the effect will be extremely weak (the minimum effective duration is 4 + 4).

Week 5: Clomid – 50mg every morning (daily)
Week 6: Clomid – 50mg in the morning (every other day)
Since this course is designed for a person who is a beginner (although he might already conduct 1 – 2 courses earlier), the dosages are not so high. If you are an experienced bodybuilder, you can increase your dosage. The main thing is to remember that testosterone should be 1.5 – 2 times more (I do not recommend exceeding the dosage of Nandrolone higher than 600 mg per week). Also, instead of increasing the dosage of injectable drugs simply add some oral steroids like (Dbol, Turinabol, Stanozolol).
