Enanthate 250 Description:

Testosterone Enanthate 250 provides testosterone enanthate, a derivative of the primary endogenous androgen testosterone, for intramuscular administration.

Enanthate 250 Characteristic:

Testosterone Enanthate is an oil-based injectable steroid, designed to release testosterone slowly from the injection site (depot). Once administered, serum concentrations of this hormone will rise for several days.

Indications of Enanthate 250:

Males: Testosterone 250 is indicated for replacement therapy in conditions associated with a deficiency or absence of endogenous testosterone. Primary hypogonadism: Testicular failure due to cryptorchidism, bilateral torsion, orchitis, vanishing testis syndrome, or orchidectomy. Delayed puberty: Testosterone Enanthate may be used to stimulate puberty in carefully selected males with clearly delayed puberty.

Females: Metastatic mammary cancer testosterone enanthate may be used secondarily in women with advancing inoperable metastatic cancer who are one to five years postmenopausal. It has also been used in premenopausal women with breast cancer who have benefited from oophorectomy and are considered to have a hormone-responsive tumor.

Contraindication:

Androgens are contraindicated in men with carcinomas of the breast or with known or suspected carcinomas of the prostate and in women who are or may become pregnant. When administered to pregnant women, androgens cause virilization of the external genitalia of the female fetus. This virilization includes clitoromegaly, abnormal vaginal development, and fusion of genital folds to form a scrotal-like structure. The degree of masculinization is related to the amount of the steroid given and the age of the fetus and is most likely to occur in the female fetus when the steroids are given in the first trimester. If the patient becomes pregnant while taking androgens, she should be apprised of the potential hazard to the fetus. This preparation is also contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of these components.

Enanthate Side Effects:

Acne; bitter or strange taste in mouth; change in sex drive; fatigue; gum or mouth irritation; gum tenderness or swelling; hair loss; headache.

Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE enanthate side effects occur. Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth; face, lips, or tongue); breast growth or pain; change in the size or shape of the testicles; changes in menstrual periods; coughing fit; dark urine or light-colored bowel movements; depression or mood changes; dizziness; facial hair growth; gingivitis; interrupted breathing while sleeping; loss of appetite; nausea; painful or prolonged erection; shortness of breath; stomach pain; swelling of the ankles or legs; urination problems; voice changes or hoarseness; weight gain; yellowing of the skin or eyes.

Testosterone Enanthate 250 Dosage:

This steroid is for injection into a muscle. Enanthate 250 is injected into the buttock area with care. The suggested dosage for Testosterone Enanthate 250 varies depending on the age, sex, and diagnosis of the individual patient.

The most common dosage schedule for this compound is to inject about 50-400 mg every 2 to 4 weeks.
